At SUNJOY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return most products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SUNJOY account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
